About the Role
We’re looking for a results-driven Media Buyer to join our growth team. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Meta
You’ll be working closely with the creative and analytics teams to scale winning campaigns, drive conversions, and ensure a strong ROI.
What You’ll Do
Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across
Monitor performance metrics daily, analyzing data to optimize ads for maximum ROAS
Develop A/B tests for ad creatives, copy, and audiences
Collaborate with creative teams to brief high-performing ad content
Manage ad budgets, pacing, and reporting
Research and identify new growth opportunities, trends, and audience segments
Stay up to date with the latest advertising tools, algorithms, and platform updates
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience managing paid ad campaigns (agency or in-house)
Proven track record of scaling campaigns and driving measurable results
Deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and funnel strategy
Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (certification is a plus)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Creative mindset — you understand what makes audiences click and convert
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Bonus Points
Experience with performance creative testing frameworks
Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Triple Whale, or Hyros
Understanding of DTC, SaaS, or lead-gen funnels
