AEC Growth is seeking an experienced Client Success Manager who has worked across multiple agencies and knows how to turn delivery chaos into systematic excellence.
We're a fast-growing online lead generation agency helping B2B companies generate consistent opportunities through LinkedIn and targeted outreach systems. We need someone who can own client delivery, coordinate our internal team, and ensure every project hits its deadline while delighting clients.
You're right for this if you:
Have 3–7 years of experience in marketing/lead-gen/creative/growth agency operations
Have worked across mutiple different agencies (essential - we need someone who's seen multiple operating models)
Have managed both internal delivery teams AND client-facing communications
Are proficient with project management tools and CRM systems
Understand agency metrics: utilization rates, delivery SLAs, capacity planning, client retention
Thrive in autonomy and take complete ownership of outcomes without hand-holding
Have experience with B2B lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, or performance marketing workflows
Bonus: You've built SOPs, automated workflows, or improved agency margins through operational efficiency
Ideal candidate: Someone who has been the "right hand" to agency founders before, who can independently manage client expectations while keeping internal delivery smooth. You've seen what works (and what breaks) across multiple agencies, and you're ready to build a world-class operations system from the ground up.

What you'll do:
Own end-to-end delivery for 6–10 client accounts, ensuring on-time execution of all deliverables
Coordinate internal tea
Manage client communication, expectations, weekly reporting, and feedback loops
Build and maintain delivery tracking systems, SOPs, and quality checklists using ClickUp/Notion/Asana
Run daily team standups and weekly client check-ins to prevent bottlenecks
Create dashboards and metrics to track delivery performance, utilization, and client satisfaction
Anticipate problems before they happen and solve them autonomously
Free up founder bandwidth by owning the "making it happen" function of the agency
