Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on
Set up ad tracking and conversions inside GoHighLevel Ad Manager.
Research audiences, keywords, and creatives that attract qualified leads.
Optimize campaigns to maximize CTR, conversion rate, and overall ROI.
Monitor and report ad performance, suggesting clear improvement actions.
Collaborate with our internal marketing and automation team to align campaigns with funnel goals.
Requirements
Proven experience running
Strong understanding of lead generation, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
Familiarity with GoHighLevel Ad Manager or similar CRM-integrated ad tools is a plus.
Excellent data analysis skills — able to interpret metrics and take action.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns efficiently.
Stable internet connection and ability to work remotely on U.S. time overlap (preferred).
Compensation
Part-Time to start (potential to increase hours and responsibility).
Competitive base pay, depending on experience.
