Job Title: Part-Time Web Designer (Luxury Medical Spa Website Revamp)
Location: Remote
Employment Type: Part-Time / Contract

We are currently seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to reimagine and elevate our website, aligning it with our brand's luxurious aesthetic and premium client experience.

Responsibilities:

Redesign and develop our existing website to reflect a modern, elegant, and luxury look and feel.

Create a user-friendly interface that enhances the overall customer journey and supports conversion goals.

Ensure the site is fully SEO optimized for visibility and performance.

Integrate Shopify for seamless e-commerce functionality and product presentation.

Set up online booking integration that is intuitive and HIPAA compliant, allowing clients to schedule appointments with ease.

Handle both front-end and back-end development tasks to ensure a cohesive and fully functional website.

Implement responsive design best practices for optimal viewing across all devices.

Ensure the website and any data handling are HIPAA compliant, maintaining strict standards for client privacy and security.

Write and refine on-brand website copy that communicates professionalism, trust, and the luxury experience we provide.

Collaborate with the spa's marketing and branding team to maintain visual and messaging consistency.

Ensure fast load times, smooth navigation, and high performance.

Qualifications:

Proven experience designing and developing luxury websites—portfolio required.

Strong proficiency in Shopify, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development tools.

Skilled in both front-end and back-end development.

Experience with SEO best practices, online booking integration, and optimization strategies.

Solid understanding of HIPAA compliance in relation to web development and data security.

Ability to craft compelling, clear, and on-brand web copy.

Deep knowledge of UX/UI principles, especially for high-end service industries.

Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results on time.

Exceptional attention to detail and design aesthetics.

Preferred Experience:

Previous work with high-end brands or within the beauty, wellness, or luxury service industry.

Familiarity with CRM integration and email marketing tools.

Basic graphic design skills for minor content updates.
