We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Conversational AI Quality Assurance Specialist to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of artificial intelligence and real estate technology, ensuring our AI chat and Voice AI solutions deliver exceptional experiences for our clients.
As our AI QA Specialist, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the quality and performance of our AI systems while supporting our CEO and development team. You'll have the autonomy to work independently while being an integral part of our daily operations. There is significant opportunity for growth into a QA Manager role as we scale our team.
Key Responsibilities
System Testing
Test all Voice AI and Chat AI products to identify bugs during development phase
Conduct independent internal testing of AI solutions during product development prior to client beta testing
Submit tickets to the development team
Make proactive changes by using Claude Code and other AI tools to update the JSON and submit for review
Quality Assurance & Monitoring
Review all client AI chat and Voice AI conversations daily to ensure quality standards are met
Identify and flag conversations requiring additional attention prior to the daily 10:00 AM EST team sync
Analyze client daily performance reports to identify trends, patterns, and areas needing attention
Conduct independent internal testing of AI solutions during product development, prior to client beta testing
Document issues, bugs, and improvement opportunities with clear, actionable detail
Project & Task Management
Manage the Daily Tasks list in ClickUp for the entire team
Hold tea
Submit detailed tickets in ClickUp for the Development team with clear reproduction steps and priority levels
Track task completion and follow up proactively on outstanding items
Executive Support
Assist the CEO with general executive assistant tasks as required
Provide daily updates and insights on QA findings and trends
Support special projects and initiatives as they arise
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of Quality Assurance experience in a professional setting
Full English fluency (written and verbal) - ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Reliable strong internet connection and ability to work EST business hours (mandatory)
Strong attention to detail with ability to identify issues and inconsistencies
Proactive communication style - able to surface problems and recommend solutions independently
Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment with minimal supervision
Solution-first mindset - able to address problems head-on and make decisions independently
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Comfortable with technology and ability to learn new software tools quickly
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Conversational AI and/or Voice AI technologies
Prior experience with any of the following tools:
Claude Code
ClickUp (project management)
Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Retell AI
CloseBot
GoHighLevel (CRM)
Background in SaaS, technology startups, or real estate technology
Experience in client-facing quality assurance roles
Note: Training will be provided on all tools and systems. Prior experience is a plus but not required.
