JOB OVERVIEW

We are a dynamic and fast-growing e-commerce company looking for an experienced Shopify Store Manager to join our team on Upwork. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the Shopify Shrine theme and a strong background in managing product listings and store setup. If you’re detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced with Shopify’s theme editor and product management tools, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Add new products to our Shopify store using the Shrine theme, ensuring all product details (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and variants) are accurate and engaging.

Set up and optimize product pages using the Shrine theme’s section-based editor to ensure a clean, high-converting shopping experience.

Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to create visually appealing product listings and organize products into relevant collections.

Manage inventory visibility and ensure all products are live and properly displayed in the store.

Perform regular updates to collections, homepage banners, and featured products, making full use of the Shrine theme’s capabilities.

Troubleshoot layout, formatting, or theme-related issues and implement effective fixes.

Install and manage Shopify apps and integrations to enhance store performance and customer experience.

Assist with light product image editing using tools like Canva or Photoshop to ensure consistency and visual appeal.

Stay up-to-date with the latest Shopify features, tools, and best practices related to the Shrine theme.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing Shopify stores, specifically with the Shrine theme.

Strong understanding of Shopify’s product setup, collections, metafields, and theme editor.

Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

High attention to detail and commitment to delivering error-free, polished product pages.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the e-commerce industry, especially with Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brands.

Familiarity with apps like OneClick OCU, Klaviyo, and other Shopify-compatible tools.

Basic understanding of SEO.

Experience using Google Analytics or Shopify Analytics to identify optimisation opportunities.
