I am seeking an individual who is motivated, detail-oriented, and organized to join our team in a logistics operations specialist role. In this role you will be working in the logistics load booking department. This entails adding new incoming orders to our management systems and coordinating the dispatching of the vendors.

Some of the responsibilities:
- Managing multiple email inboxes responding to emails and processing the information given in the email or providing information to the email sender that they requested
-Talking on the phone with drivers as needed
- Paying close attention to detail to make sure all information is correct in your work
- Ability to be assigned new tasks and given guidance on how to complete them and completing them on their own
- Maintain a weekly or monthly schedule of reoccurring tasks that need to be completed without being told to do them
