We’re looking for a Creative Director who lives and breathes ideas — someone who understands how to turn attention into action through storytelling, hooks, and powerful visuals.
You’ll be leading creative direction for our real estate and Airbnb education campaigns, helping us produce scroll-stopping ads that inspire people to learn how to build cash flow using creative real estate strategies.
Your role will be to brainstorm, strategize, and direct the production of high-converting ad creatives — using AI tools, competitor research, and creative experimentation.

???? Key Responsibilities
- Lead creative direction for ad campaigns across
- Develop unique hooks, scripts, and storyboards for video ads targeting real estate and Airbnb audiences
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, etc.) to brainstorm, write, and design ad ideas
- Research and model top-performing competitor ads, then test multiple creative iterations daily
- Direct designers and editors to ensure ad visuals match marketing angles
- Constantly analyze ad performance, iterate quickly, and double down on winners
- Keep a pulse on market trends, viral formats, and what’s working in short-form video
- Collaborate with marketing and media buying teams to align creative strategy with data insights

- Midjourney / Leonardo / Runway / Pika Labs – for AI visual and video creation
- CapCut / After Effects / Premiere Pro – for video editing and storyboarding

- Google Drive, Slack, Notion, Sheets – for collaboration and tracking

- Experience in real estate, finance, or education-based marketing (preferred)
- Can produce or direct multiple ad concepts per day
