JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a skilled video editor with a passion for creating engaging, high-converting content? We’re looking for a Video Editor to join our fast-growing brand and help us craft compelling videos for Meta & TikTok ads. If you have an eye for storytelling, pacing, and the latest trends, this role is for you.

No freelancers! In this role the editor will be fully attached to our company and no other companies.

About the Role
As our Video Editor, you’ll be responsible for:

Editing engaging short-form videos – Cutting, enhancing, and optimizing content for Instagram and Facebook ads.
Optimizing for performance – Creating videos that capture attention quickly and drive engagement and sales.
Adding dynamic effects – Using transitions, text animations, and sound to make content stand out.
Keeping up with trends – Staying updated on what works in fashion and e-commerce content.
Repurposing existing content – Transforming raw footage, user-generated content, and old clips into fresh edits.
This is a long-term role with growth opportunities. We need someone who understands how to create videos that perform well and align with our brand identity.

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in video editing – A strong portfolio of short-form videos for social media and ads.
Understanding of social media & ad content – Ability to create high-performing videos for different platforms.
Expert in video editing software – Proficiency in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar tools.
Strong storytelling skills – Ability to structure videos with compelling pacing and flow.
Branding awareness – Ability to align edits with our aesthetic and maintain brand consistency.
Commitment & availability – Must be long-term focused with no other brand commitments.
This is a part-time role with potential for full-time. Fully remote.
