Your Role:
As a Client Engagement Specialist, you’ll bring our training programs to life. You’ll build meaningful client relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. More than just completing tasks, you’ll play a key role in helping organizations thrive through professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
-Drive Client Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our training programs, contributing to revenue expansion.
-Build Strong Client Relationships: Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, understand client needs, and provide tailored solutions to help them reach their goals.
-Ensure Program Success: Manage end-to-end delivery of training programs, keeping them on time and aligned with client expectations. Provide ongoing support and updates to stakeholders.
-Sales & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM (Salesforce). Use insights to improve processes and refine strategies.
-Commit to Growth: Continuously develop your skills, knowledge, and leadership abilities.
-Develop Client Knowledge: Help clients understand the features and benefits of our programs to maximize adoption and success.
What We’re Looking For:
-Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
-Comfortable using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
-Solutions-focused, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
