About Us
We are a fast-growing real estate investment company based in the United States, focused on buying, renovating, and reselling homes throughout North Carolina. We’re building a lean, tech-enabled team and are looking for a data-savvy, detail-oriented Marketing & Operations Assistant to help execute campaigns, manage CRM workflows, and support operational efficiency.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in structured systems, loves working with data, and can move quickly to support marketing and sales processes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations
Assist in setting up, launching, and monitoring outbound campaigns (cold calling, SMS, RVM,
Prepare and manage lead lists for marketing efforts; ensure data is clean, segmented, and ready for import
Support referral outreach and light LinkedIn/email campaigns
Coordinate campaign follow-ups with cold callers, lead managers, and the CEO
Data Management & CRM (Salesforce)
Import, clean, and manage lead data using Excel + Power Query
Maintain data integrity and lead flow in Salesforce
Tag and segment records based on campaign, source, or motivation
Create and manage Salesforce Campaigns, assign contacts, and track responses
Assist with pulling reports or building dashboards for campaign and team performance
Operations & Project Support
Use tools like ClickUp to manage and follow up on tasks across the team
Document processes and help improve operational efficiency through SOP creation
Track and report team KPIs (cold callers, lead managers, referrals)
Prepare simple summaries or dashboards from weekly lead and campaign data
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent English communication (written and spoken – fluent)
2+ years experience in a Marketing Admin, Data/CRM Ops, or Executive Assistant role
Hands-on experience with Salesforce (Campaigns, Leads/Contacts, basic reporting)
Strong skills in Excel and Power Query (cleaning, filtering, segmentation)
Comfortable with tools like ClickUp, Airtable, Trello, or Notion
Highly organized, resourceful, and dependable with strong follow-through
Preferred (Not Required)
Familiarity with U.S. real estate, real estate investors, or agency environments
Experience with tools like SmrtPhone, JustCall, ReadyMode, Mailchimp, Instantly, Zapier
Familiarity with Power BI or dashboard/visualization tools
Experience managing or coordinating with VAs, cold callers, or acquisition teams
