JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking an experienced AEO expert to help implement a strategy that improves visibility in AI-driven searches (ChatGPT, Bing Copilot, Perplexity, etc.).
The goal is to structure and optimize content so our company appears more frequently in AI and answer engine results—not just traditional SEO.

Responsibilities & Tasks
Phase 1: AEO Audit and Query/Intent Research completed: I have a document with this information you can use to work on.
1. Review and deeply understand strategy video I will share with you - develop a plan to action based off it (2h).
2. Content Strategy (8 hrs): Develop a roadmap for AI-optimized content, FAQs, and topic clusters.
3. Content Optimization (12 hrs): Rewrite or structure existing content in AI-friendly formats (Q&A, summaries, tables).
I will perform the implementation here, so not needed to do that from your end.
4. Internal Linking & Entity Mapping (6 hrs): Strengthen topic relationships and build internal links to key entities.
5. Respond to relevant forums topics (f.e. Reddit, Quora, etc.) based on above missing links (6h)

Phase 2: Above are the key tasks. If possible/experienced enough and you have the right tools, we could then continue with:
5. Testing & Prompt Simulation (4 hrs): Test content visibility in AI engines and refine phrasing accordingly.
6. Tracking & Reporting (4 hrs): Define KPIs, monitor performance, and recommend improvements.
Total Estimated Hours: ~34h (Phase 1 project) + 8h (Phase 2 Project) = 42h Total.

Requirements

Proven AEO or advanced SEO experience (structured data, semantic optimization, AI search behavior)
Understanding of how LLMs identify and surface web content
Excellent writing/editing skills for clear, AI-readable content
Familiarity with AI tools and prompt testing
Great English Skills
Nice to Have:

If you think you have what it takes to perform this task, please respond to this with previous work history/examples, your quote for the Phase 1 ask, and if you're okay using Timeproof.
