If you’re a hybrid of designer + AI creator + visual strategist — someone who can move fast, follow direction precisely, and turn briefs into stunning eCommerce visuals — we want you on our team.

The Role

As our Imagery Lead VA, you’ll take written creative direction from our internal “Copy + Imagery Brief GPT” system and transform it into polished, conversion-optimized visuals for product pages.

You’ll combine AI tools (Midjourney, Nano Banana, Runway) with your design skills (Canva, Figma, Photoshop) to produce clean hero shots, lifestyle imagery, feature graphics, and short animations — all aligned with our brand’s minimal, premium aesthetic.

What You’ll Do

????? Image Sourcing

Find product image references on Temu, Amazon, AliExpress, and eBay.

Download high-resolution product images + short videos for all variants.

?? Ecom Image Production

Create clean hero shots (1400×1400 px WebP).

Retouch, align, and color-correct to match our neutral aesthetic.

???? Creative Execution

Produce lifestyle, feature, and social-proof images based on detailed AI briefs.

Use Midjourney / Nano Banana / Runway + Canva / Figma for final compositions.

Generate short looping GIFs or MP4s (? 8 seconds).

???? Delivery & Quality Control

Export to correct formats and naming conventions.

Upload to shared Drive folder + update Master Sheet.

Pass self-QA (aim: 95% first-approval rate).

? Have experience in eCommerce design or AI-generated imagery.
? Know Canva, Photoshop, or Figma like the back of your hand.
? Have an eye for composition, tone, and brand consistency.
? Work fast, stay organized, and hit deadlines.
? Communicate clearly and follow creative direction precisely.
