Our founder is a practicing U.S. physician and entrepreneur. We’re now expanding our outreach and sales team to connect with hospital recruiters, physician liaisons, and decision-makers across the U.S.
Your Role
As an SDR (Sales Development Representative), your goal is to initiate contact with hospital recruiters, HR managers, physician scheduling departments, and hospital decision makers, introduce our platform, and set up follow-up conversations or demos for our founder.

Conduct cold calling, LinkedIn, and
Follow daily/weekly KPIs (calls,
Research hospital contacts using online directories or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Log all outreach activities and results into CRM or Google Sheets.
Provide a daily summary report with key metrics (calls made,
Suggest improvements — we value initiative, not just task completion.
Requirements
Excellent spoken and written English.
Prior experience as an SDR, telemarketer, or cold caller (preferably U.S. market).
Strong research and communication skills (LinkedIn,
Reliable internet and quiet workspace.
Positive attitude, self-discipline, and ability to meet measurable goals.
Healthcare or medical staffing experience is a plus
