JOB OVERVIEW

Who We Are

We are a fast-growing personal injury law firm dedicated to excellence, efficiency, and client care. To support our mission, we are seeking a Filevine Expert who can transform legal workflows into powerful, automated systems.

Your Role

You will be the go-to specialist for building, customizing, and optimizing Filevine. This is not a basic admin role — it’s a technical and strategic position focused on creating automation, structure, and reporting that save our team time and reduce errors.

Key Responsibilities
• Customize layouts, fields, and dashboards to match case workflows.
• Build automation rules (Taskflows, Vinescript, triggers) to eliminate manual work.
• Design reports & scorecards for attorneys and staff.
• Automate document generation for demand letters, pleadings, and client updates.
• Integrate Filevine with Lead Docket, Outlook, SMS tools, and other systems.
• Provide staff training and ongoing optimization support.

Qualifications
• 2+ years of Filevine customization experience (required).
• Strong command of Vinescript, Taskflows, DocGen, and API integrations.
• Experience in law firm operations (personal injury experience is a plus).
• Sharp problem-solving ability: can simplify complexity into automation.
• Strong English communication (written & verbal).

What We Value
• Results-first mindset — you deliver working solutions, not just ideas.
• Process clarity — you can map and streamline workflows.
• Proactivity — you spot automation opportunities before being asked.
• Team alignment — you work seamlessly with a U.S.-based legal team.

Benefits
• Competitive pay (commensurate with expertise & results).
• Stable, long-term role with a growth-focused firm.
• Flexible schedule (Philippines-based applicants welcome).
• Training and mentorship with firm leadership.

How to Apply
1. Send your OnlineJobs.ph profile link.
2. Include a short cover letter highlighting your Filevine experience.
3. Start your cover letter with this answer:
“One automation I’ve built in Filevine that saved time is…”
4. (Optional) Share screenshots or samples of your Filevine work.
