JOB OVERVIEW

DevTeam.Space is seeking an experienced technical SEO writer to join our in-house SEO writing team.

DevTeam.Space is a US-based software development company. Since 2016, we have built and scaled over 350 software projects for tech startups and enterprise companies like Airbus, Disney, NEC, Paramount, and Berkshire Hathaway. Startups that have worked with us have raised over $140 million in funding.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Produce non-AI content and update existing content.
Use SurferSEO for content optimization.
Do manual keyword optimization and topic research to avoid overreliance on using tools.
Conduct competitor analysis.
Collaborate with our SEO manager to implement the content structure, improve output, etc.
Update the team with your daily progress through Slack.
Attend regular Zoo ---------- etings.

Tools:
Ahrefs or similar
Surfer SEO or similar
WordPress

Qualities and Experiences we’re looking for:
Great attention to detail.
Honest, reliable, proactive, growth-driven.
Passion for writing marketing-oriented tech content, not books.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in SEO writing for the US market.
Tech content writing expertise, knowledge of different tech stacks, etc. (if you have programming experience, even better),
Demonstrable case studies showcasing your expertise, specifically in the software outsourcing industry or a similar field.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to independently execute tasks and effectively communicate with other tea ---------- mbers, including website developers and SEO manager.

Process: If you’re shortlisted for the role, we’ll reach out to you via email. You’ll proceed with paid writing assignments so we can evaluate your work. If your output meets our standards, you’ll move on to an interview with our CEO or SEO Manager. Once accepted, you’ll go through onboarding and a one-week training period to get you fully set up for the role.
