As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Connected Experience Lead to take ownership of campaign execution and automation across the customer journey.

You have experience working with platforms like Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Mailchimp

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Connected Experience Lead, you will own the execution of CRM and lifecycle marketing across campaigns and automations.
Build, schedule, and launch campaigns with accurate segmentation, timing, and testing setup
Conduct QA across all campaigns, including subject lines, links, personalisation, and rendering
Develop and maintain flows and automations, including logic, filters, and timing
Manage and maintain lists and segments to ensure data accuracy
Troubleshoot issues across delivery, rendering, and data syncing
Implement tracking using UTM parameters for performance visibility
Build dynamic content based on customer data and behaviour
Test templates and rendering using tools like
Monitor deliverability and inbox placement
Track performance across engagement and revenue metrics
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with insights and recommendations
