Renobooks is a bookkeeping and fractional CFO firm built for General Contractors. We help builders gain control of their numbers through standardized systems, clear processes, and accurate reporting. We’re a small but growing company based in Canada, working directly with contractors who are serious about professionalizing their businesses.

Role Overview
This role supports Renobooks’ outward-facing content and brand presence. You’ll take drafted materials (scripts, captions, video recordings) and turn them into clean, on-brand posts and polished training videos. Your focus is execution — making sure content is consistent, error-free, and published on schedule.
Core Responsibilities
Publish 3 social media posts per week (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts).
Format and polish training videos (trimming, captions, simple edits).
Draft and edit captions and short-form scripts for posts and training clips.
Design graphics and templates in Canva or Adobe Express.
Keep the posting calendar updated and make sure deadlines are hit.
Profile
Strong written English for captions and scripts.
Familiar with Canva/Adobe Express and basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere Rush, or similar).
Comfortable with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
Organized — can manage a content queue and work ahead of deadlines.
Creative eye but disciplined with brand standards.
Success Measures (90 days)
? 3 approved social posts published weekly, on time.
? All training videos captioned and formatted before release.
? Captions/scripts drafted error-free and on brand.
? Content backlog consistently kept at least 2 weeks ahead.

Reports to CEO.
Hours
Part-time 10-20 hours a week
