Role Overview
This role keeps our financial processes, SOPs, and dashboards running smoothly. You’ll support the Lead Bookkeeper by handling admin tasks in JobTread, DEXT, and QBO, while also cleaning up and maintaining our SOP library in Notion. At the same time, you’ll own Google Sheets upkeep — debugging formulas, fixing imports, and standardizing client dashboards.
Core Responsibilities
- Draft bills in JobTread, match receipts in DEXT, and process non-project expenses.
- Maintain and update rules in DEXT for consistency.
- Support weekly bookkeeping admin cycles.
- Clean up and standardize SOPs across all functions using Notion and Scribe.
- Version-control and maintain SOPs quarterly.
- Debug, optimize, and cascade Google Sheets fixes across client dashboards.
- Standardize imports, formulas, and structure across Sheets.
- Organize Google Drive folders and enforce clean structure.
Profile
- Strong Google Sheets skills
- Familiar with bookkeeping tools (QBO, JobTread, DEXT).
- Process thinker — prefers checklists and documented steps over improvisation.
- Clear, structured written English for SOPs and documentation.
- Detail-oriented, thorough, and reliable.
Success Measures (90 days)
? All JobTread to-dos at zero overdue by EOD.
? Bookkeeping processing error rate
