JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Amazon Wholesale Virtual Assistant (VA) to manage and grow our US-to-US wholesale operations. The ideal candidate will have deep, proven knowledge of the Amazon Wholesale workflow, from sourcing and analysis to inventory management and supplier relations, specifically within the United States market.

Key Responsibilities (US Wholesale Operations)

The core focus of this role is managing the entire wholesale cycle:

1.? ?Product Sourcing & Analysis:

Conduct in-depth product research to identify profitable brand/wholesale opportunities (US Brands/Distributors only).
Analyze product profitability using tools like Keepa, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar, accounting for all Amazon and logistics fees.
Vet potential products based on Buy Box stability, Sales Rank, competition, and listing quality.

2.? ?Supplier Relations & Acquisition:

Professionally contact US-based wholesale suppliers and distributors via email and phone to open new accounts.
Manage a pipeline of supplier leads and follow up diligently to secure price lists and catalogs.
Negotiate pricing, MOQs (Minimum Order Quantities), and payment terms to maximize profit margins.

3.? ?Inventory & Order Management:

Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) with suppliers.
Plan, create, and track FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) shipments to US fulfillment centers.
Monitor inventory levels in Amazon Seller Central to prevent stockouts and overstock.
Reconcile FBA shipments and open cases with Amazon Seller Support for discrepancies.

4.? ?Amazon Seller Central Management:

Create and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Monitor and manage Account Health, addressing any issues (e.g., policy violations, customer feedback) promptly.
Utilize repricing software to maintain competitiveness and win the Buy Box.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Hands-on experience as an Amazon Wholesale VA/Manager.
Expert proficiency with Amazon Seller Central.
Deep understanding of the US Wholesale model and logistics (US-to-US FBA).
Expert user of essential Amazon tools (e.g., Keepa, Tactical Arbitrage, Helium 10, Inventory Lab, or similar).
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills for professional supplier outreach.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
