As a Meta Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns on Meta's platforms.
You will be responsible for achieving month on month growth for our portfolio of D2C products, Digital apps and creator courses.
Your goal will be to spend more on each ad account every month without sacrificing profitability.
You will work directly on a 1-1 basis with our Head of Growth, Creative Strategist and Reporting team with the chance to fully own the channel of meta ads and mould our growth strategy over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input into and execute digital marketing strategies across paid media (Paid Social)
- Deploy the digital marketing budget, lead performance tracking and forecasting.
- Daily campaign management - optimising campaigns to deliver campaign objectives.
- Monitor and analyse daily key marketing metrics, including customer acquisition cost (CPA), LTV and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Work 1-1 with our Head of Growth, Creative Strategists & Reporting team to ensure we’re scaling ad spend profitably month on month
- Explore, test and implement new acquisition channels and retention strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to drive innovation and growth.

Ideal Skills + Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years in digital marketing experience, ideally in an agency environment or with experience in managing multiple accounts at the same time
- Experience working with high-growth start-up D2C brands
- Experience in growing digital products like courses, apps and coaching programs using ads
- An expert-level understanding of Meta Campaigns is required
- Proficiency in analysing campaign data using analytics tools (e.g.,
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Excellent understanding of key marketing metrics, including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and ROAS.
