JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to build and grow a personal brand for an entrepreneur in the tabletop gaming and business coaching space. This is a part-time remote position (approximately 20 hours per week) focused on creating authentic, engaging content across Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook and ---------- .
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of growing personal brands from the ground up, particularly in the business/entrepreneurship or gaming niches.

Position Details:

Hours: ~ 20 hours per week (part-time, flexible schedule, individual is located in EST timezone), hours will increase as growth occurs
Compensation: Please provide your monthly rate based on your experience level
Platforms: Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook ---------- , Youtube
Growth Opportunity: Strong performers may expand to manage additional brand accounts

Content Creation Requirements
Weekly Posting Schedule (Approximate):

X (Twitter): 10-14 posts per week (mix of original content, engagement posts, and threads)

Facebook
, Instagram: 4-7 posts per week (feed posts, Reels, Stories)
TikTok: 2-4 videos per week (short-form video content)
YouTube - 1 to 3 videos per month

Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Strategy:

Develop and maintain a content calendar across all platforms
Create original graphics, videos, and written content aligned with personal brand voice
Repurpose provided content (podcast clips, articles, presentations) into platform-specific formats
Write engaging captions, hooks, and calls-to-action
Research and implement trending formats while maintaining brand authenticity
Write scripts for videos that are needed. Video content should be shot in bulk
Conduct hashtag research and implement SEO best practices

Brand Building:

Develop and execute growth strategies for each platform
Build authentic engagement within the entrepreneurship with a hint of tabletop gaming communities
Identify collaboration opportunities with other creators and brands
Monitor trends in business coaching and tabletop gaming niches

Analytics & Optimization:

Track key metrics (follower growth, engagement rate, reach, impressions)
Provide monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations
A/B test content types, posting times, and formats
Adjust strategy based on data and platform algorithm changes

Community Management:

Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages professionally
Engage with relevant accounts to build network and visibility
Foster genuine connections within the community

Podcast guest sourcing: Research and pitch relevant podcasts for executive appearances
Podcast launch support: Assist with planning and promoting a potential new podcast

Required Qualifications
Must Have:

2+ years of proven experience building personal brands on social media (not just company pages)
Portfolio demonstrating successful account growth with before/after metrics
Strong understanding of Instagram, X, facebook, youtube and TikTok algorithms and best practices
Experience in business/entrepreneurship content OR gaming/tabletop niche (either is great, both is ideal)
Video editing skills for short-form content (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
Graphic design proficiency (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
Excellent copywriting skills with understanding of persuasive content
Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

Preferred:

Experience growing accounts from under 5K to 25K+ followers
Understanding of personal branding for executives and thought leaders
Familiarity with the tabletop gaming industry (RPGs, board games, etc.)
Experience with podcast guest booking or media outreach
Knowledge of LinkedIn content strategy
Basic understanding of paid social advertising
