JOB OVERVIEW

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an E-Commerce Store Manager to take full ownership of our online store. This role is hands-on and detail-focused — you’ll ensure everything on our Shopify site is accurate, up to date, and optimized for performance, while continuously improving the customer shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Own day-to-day management of the website (Shopify experience required)
- Add, update, and optimize Shopify product listings (titles, descriptions, SEO, images).
- Collaborate with creative team to ensure new product launches and seasonal campaigns are executed on-site
- Monitor stock levels, flag potential out-of-stock issues, and coordinate with suppliers
- Manage merchandising strategy across categories, ensuring products are organized, easy to find, and highlighted appropriately
- Monitor key KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, bounce rate, page speed, etc.) and recommend optimizations
- Collaborate with marketing team (email, SMS, UGC) to align campaigns with site initiatives
- Troubleshoot site issues and coordinate with developers or platform support as needed
- Stay current on ecommerce best practices and trends in UX, mobile optimization, and merchandising

About You

- 1–3 years e-commerce website management experience or a related role (Shopify required)
- Strong eye for detail with a focus on user experience and site performance
- Comfortable using tools for analytics, testing, and SEO (Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar or similar)
- Organized, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrable experience of managing an e-commerce team

Nice to Have(s)

- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for troubleshooting
