ABOUT US: We are a top-performing real estate team specializing in residential real estate, investment properties, and short-term rentals. Our mission is to provide exceptional client experiences and maintain a strong digital presence that attracts buyers, sellers, and investors. We are seeking a highly organized and creative Virtual Assistant to manage our social media, content marketing, and lead generation efforts. There will be some administrative tasks as well.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Social Media Management & Content Creation
Develop and implement a monthly content calendar for real estate marketing.
Create engaging, on-brand content including property highlights, market updates, client testimonials, and behind-the-scenes posts.
Crossposting and repurposing content across platforms
Manage and grow the team’s social media presence on:
Instagram: Post high-quality real estate photos, Reels, and Stories with trending hashtags. Engage with followers and respond to DMs.
Facebook
YouTube: Upload and optimize property tours, market insights, and client interviews. Create engaging thumbnails and SEO-friendly descriptions.
LinkedIn: Post professional insights, industry trends, and success stories to connect with professionals and potential referrals.
TikTok: Create short-form, engaging real estate tips, home tours, and educational content.
Pinterest: Pin home inspiration, neighborhood guides, and blog posts to drive traffic.
Google My Business: Regularly update business listings, post images, and manage reviews (request reviews/respond to them), post products, post events
Blog post for both Google business page and website
Manage the social media presence of Bluegrass Belle short term rental and Cumberland Belle Lakehouse similarly to the Kentucky Home Team Real Estate above. The goal is to market these rentals and increase direct bookings.
Tracking Bookings, increasing bookings, updating photos, editing verbiage and photos.
Lead Generation & Engagement
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on all platforms.
Engage with local businesses, influencers, and potential clients by liking, commenting, and sharing relevant content.
Generate leads by creating and optimizing
Set up and manage automated DM follow-ups for lead nurturing.
Content Strategy & Analytics
Research real estate trends, keywords, and competitor strategies to optimize content.
Write and schedule weekly
Track engagement metrics (followers, reach, website clicks) and provide monthly reports with improvement strategies.
Admin & Marketing Support
Create listing presentations, virtual open house flyers, and just-sold/just-listed templates.
Assist in organizing and promoting client appreciation events and community engagement initiatives.
Organize digital files and folders for easy access.
Task & Project Management
Create and maintain task lists, set reminders, and coordinate project timelines.
Support the coordination and management of various projects by updating progress and deadlines.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
Experience in real estate marketing and social media management is a plus.
Strong understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and engagement strategies.
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, or other editing tools for content creation.
Experience with LinkedI
Basic understanding of financial record-keeping and budgeting.
Experience with the Command system / CRM of Keller Williams.

Engagement rate per post (likes + comments + shares ÷ impressions) - increase by 15% in 60 days
Generate 10 qualified leads a month
COMPENSATION & HOURS
Flexible about working hours, but must be within US business hours and with a set schedule once agreed. Must be available for occasional real-time engagement.
Compensation based on experience (starting $5 an hour) with opportunities for quick increases if it goes well.
VA will work closely with the Team Lead/owner and the Director of Operations or Director of Communications.
