We want a media buyer + creative thinker who can scale DTC offers, test aggressively, and bring ideas to the table. You’ll work directly with management and our tech lead — not get buried under layers of bureaucracy. Seeking a team player who updates, and creates all on their own.

What You’ll Do
• Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok, YouTube.
• Repurpose and create UGC/static creatives (hooks, cuts, captions).
• Track funnel performance and send daily KPI reports.
• Collaborate with tech lead (tracking, integrations, funnel builds).
• Brainstorm offers & messaging directly with management.
• Join 2 weekly calls (strategy + creatives).
What We’re Looking For
? Proven media buying experience (Meta required; TikTok/YouTube bonus)
? UGC-led creative testing success stories
? Data-driven & organized (daily reporting is non-negotiable)
? Fluent English, strong communication skills
Compensation & Growth
• Contract-to-hire with path to full-time
• Remote, flexible hours (with overlap for 2 calls/week)
• Immediate start — 10–30 hrs/week, scaling with performance
