JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the Founder & CEO of xfigura.ai, as well as our growing team. This role will be key in helping streamline workflows, managing day-to-day operations, and driving growth in our projects.

Highlights of the Role
- Work directly with the Founder & CEO of a fast-scaling SaaS startup
- Start at 20–30 hours per week with the potential to move into a full-time position
-Experience on Figma (preferred) or Adobe Software to support with graphics work like Marketing and Presentation Materials
- Gain exposure to architecture, design, and AI/SaaS industries
- Flexible remote work setup

Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to the Founder & CEO (calendar, emails, follow-ups, priorities)
- Support the team with administrative and operational tasks
- Assist with email outreach and client communication
- Maintain organized records, reports, and schedules
- Assist with sales follow-ups and CRM updates

Nice-to-haves
- Background in architecture/design or experience in startups/SaaS
- Strong graphic/visual skills (Adobe Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, etc.)
- Experience in CRM, marketing, and social media campaigns

Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proactive and resourceful mindset with ability to anticipate needs
- Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with digital tools and online communication platforms
- Interest or experience in architecture, design, or SaaS startups is a strong plus
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality when supporting leadership
