We’re looking for a reliable, organized professional who can keep our office running smoothly while growing our brand online.We are looking for minimal experience in Go High Level. You’ll handle day-to-day administrative tasks (phones, scheduling, filing, ordering supplies, assisting with customer inquiries) and manage our social media presence (plan content, create posts, respond to comments/messages, and track engagement).
Key Responsibilities:
Answer calls/emails and provide excellent customer support.
Manage schedules, appointments.
Keep records and files accurate and up to date.
Create, post, and monitor engaging content on social media platforms.
Help develop marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and referrals.
Track and report on social media performance.
