JOB OVERVIEW

Newly launched coaching business helping women 35-65 break free from limiting beliefs. Everything is set up and ready - we need someone who can build brand awareness and acquire our first clients.

What You'll Do:
• Develop B2C marketing strategies to build brand awareness
• Create content that positions us as the go-to coach for women 35-65
• Build brand presence across multiple channels
• Convert brand awareness into coaching clients
• Implement strategies that worked for other coaching businesses
• Create funnels that turn followers into paying clients
• Build email campaigns that nurture and convert
• Develop partnerships and collaborations for brand growth

Monthly KPIs (Starting from Zero):
• 5+ coaching discovery calls booked (our first clients)
• Build initial brand awareness and following
• 50+ qualified leads generated from content
• Establish presence in target market
• Convert followers into first paying clients

Must-Have Requirements:
• Proven B2C marketing experience building consumer brands
• Experience marketing coaching businesses (show actual client results)
• Track record of building brand awareness that converts to sales
• GoHighLevel expertise with coaching funnels
• Understanding of women's personal development market
• Can create and implement strategies, not just tactics
• Handle constructive feedback well and adapt accordingly

Working Arrangement:
This position offers complete freedom and flexibility - work when and how you want. We just need some overlap for collaboration and you must deliver the monthly results. Manage your own schedule, just get it done.

• Have launched coaching brands from zero
• Know how to get first clients for new businesses
• Understand B2C marketing beyond just social media
• Can build brand awareness from scratch
• Have proven strategies for new coach client acquisition
• Excited by the challenge of building something new
