Solani Stays is a boutique short-term rental (STR) management and co-hosting company that helps homeowners turn their properties into high-performing Airbnb listings. We combine data-driven pricing, thoughtful guest experience, and hands-on operations to deliver best-in-class returns and 5-star stays.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Operations & Sales Manager to own the entire co-hosting client acquisition cycle—A to Z—while running the day-to-day operations of our short-term rental company. You will be both strategist and operator: building lead-generation funnels, closing deals, onboarding new homeowner partners, and overseeing the people, processes, and systems that keep every Solani property guest-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
*Sales & Business Development*
- Design and execute lead-gen strategies (cold outreach, online marketplaces, partnerships, local networking).
- Manage pipeline from first touch through signed co-host agreements.
- Run discovery calls, property walkthroughs, and financial projections to win new clients.
- Track KPIs: lead volume, conversion rates, client acquisition cost.
*Operations Management*
- Lead and oversee all daily operations across the Solani STR portfolio: reservations, guest communications, vendor coordination, and property readiness.
- Supervise and mentor virtual assistants and on-site vendors (cleaning, maintenance, staging).
- Implement and continuously improve SOPs, checklists, and Notion dashboards to ensure smooth, scalable operations.
- Monitor occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfaction metrics; drive improvements across pricing, maintenance, and guest experience.
*Client Onboarding & Growth*
- Guide new homeowner partners through contracts, listing creation, dynamic pricing, and professional photography.
Ensure a seamless transition from acquisition to active management.
*Leadership & Strategy*
- Report directly to the founders with weekly pipeline, revenue, and operational performance updates.
- Recruit, train, and manage remote staff as we scale.
- Collaborate on market expansion and service-offering strategy.
Qualifications
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience with Airbnb or short-term rental management is a MUST—no exceptions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage diverse tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency with tools such as Airbnb/Enso Inbox, Google Workspace, Canva, and pricing platforms like PriceLabs.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles, social media marketing, and real estate acquisitions is advantageous.
- Experience filing and managing Airbnb AirCover claims is a plus.
- Ability to work comfortably during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection; candidates will be required to complete a speed test prior to interview.
Compensation & Growth
- Competitive base salary (USD) + performance bonuses tied to new client revenue.
- Opportunity to shape strategy and grow into a senior leadership role as Solani expands.
- Starting rate: $5 USD/hour, with an increase to $7 USD/hour after a successful 3-month performance review.
- Incentives: Annual performance-based bonus plus commission for every client closed and successfully onboarded.
Hours:
8-12pm On Call (must be avaialble to resolve guest issues during this time)
12-5pm Active Shift
