Role Overview
We’re looking for a high-end video editor who specializes in creating Instagram Reels. This is not just about trimming clips — it’s about producing scroll-stopping content that grabs attention in the first 3 seconds, tells a clear story, and keeps viewers watching all the way through.

Responsibilities
• Edit 10–15 reels per week (30–60 seconds each) from raw footage.
• Add hooks, captions, overlays, and pacing that align with trends and conversion-focused strategies.
• Maintain brand consistency in every edit (fonts, colors, style).
• Stay current with Instagram best practices and apply them to every project.
• Deliver edits on deadline with organized files and clear communication.

Requirements
• Proven experience editing Instagram Reels (portfolio required).
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and retention strategies.
• Ability to design clean, branded captions that are easy to read.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and communicates well in English.
