JOB OVERVIEW

Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Success Manager / Executive Assistant to manage client relationships and oversee daily operations. This individual will serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely updates, and an exceptional experience. They will also coordinate with the backend dispute team to manage client progress and support the operational workflows that drive results.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all client communications including updates, check-ins, and issue resolution.
Act as the liaison between clients and the backend dispute team to ensure accurate and timely execution.
Oversee daily operational tasks that impact client success and satisfaction.
Maintain clear documentation of client progress, notes, and deliverables.
Anticipate client needs and resolve issues quickly.
Support the executive team with administrative and operational tasks.

Social Media Support
Manage Instagram Stories by posting client results, updates, and community highlights.
Share client success stories (with proper consent) to build brand credibility and attract leads.

Required Tools & Platforms

DisputeFox – dispute management.
MyFreeScoreNow – credit monitoring.
Notion – project management and documentation.

Qualifications

Strong communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
Prior experience working in a corporate environment with international clients.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities.
Comfortable working with CRMs, credit-related tools, and digital collaboration platforms.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and address client concerns.
Previous experience in client success, executive assistance, or operations management is a plus.
