Company Overview:
Front Row Furniture is a trusted UK-based supplier of contract furniture to the events and hospitality industries. While we’re known for reliability and efficiency in our core business, we’re now on an ambitious journey to integrate AI automations into our workflows. We're trying to build prototypes for sales, operations, customer service automations, and other side of the business, but we’re reaching the stage where expert input is needed to ensure we scale in the right direction. That’s where you come in. We’re seeking AI Consultants who can act as guides, bringing practical experience to help us avoid pitfalls, choose the right tools, and turn working prototypes into sustainable solutions that directly impact business outcomes.

About the Role:
This is a strategic and advisory consultancy role (initially ~1–2 hours/week) where you’ll work alongside our in-house team who are actively building with tools like N8N, Opal, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google Cloud integrations.
Your goal is to save us time, money, and roadblocks by providing clarity, direction, and expert solutions to our biggest AI challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
*Assess our current AI automation workflows and prototypes (emails, chatbot assistants, database integrations, quality checks, etc.).
*Recommend best-fit tools and LLMs (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Opal, N8N) based on cost, scalability, and performance.
*Spot risks early (data management, token usage, workflow design, SOP integration).
*Provide guidance on structuring databases (Google Sheets ? Postgres/Supabase).
*Help us design an AI roadmap with clear monthly milestones and measurable outcomes.
*Train and mentor our in-house builders to adopt best practices.
*Act as a checkpoint voice, ensuring we stay aligned with long-term goals, not just short-term fixes.

Skills and Qualifications:
*Proven experience implementing AI automation projects in real business settings.
*Strong understanding of workflow automation tools (N8N, Opal, ---------- , Zapier, etc.).
*Hands-on knowledge of LLM selection and optimization (Claude, GPT, Gemini, etc.).
*Familiarity with Google Cloud integrations, APIs, and database structuring.
*Ability to balance technical detail with business impact.
*A collaborative, solution-focused approach, able to work with both technical and non-technical tea ---------- mbers.
*(Bonus) Experience in e-commerce, operations, or customer service AI automations.
