Creative Media Editor (Full-Time)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Creative Media Editor to join our Marketing Team full-time. In this role, you’ll be the storyteller behind our brand—taking concepts and transforming them into engaging video content that inspires, informs, and connects with our audience. From campaign launches to branded series, you’ll have the chance to shape how our company shows up in the digital world.

What You’ll Do:

Lead video editing projects and guide part-time editors when needed.
Edit and update web pages using WordPress.
Produce high-quality video content for marketing campaigns.
Ensure smooth execution of video deliverables planned during Marketing Team collaboration.
Support creative needs with static graphics when required.
Brainstorm and pitch fresh video concepts to keep our creative deck growing.
Keep video editing files and projects organized for efficiency.
Create short-form videos, reels, and highlight videos from longer video content.
Incorporate creative and visually appealing elements to make our content stand out.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve our video content.

Requirements:

Proven experience in video editing and post-production.
Experience editing and updating web pages using WordPress.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or similar).
Strong attention to detail and creativity in editing.
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with our team.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
A strong portfolio showcasing your video editing skills.
A passion for storytelling through video.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience editing educational content or client interfacing materials.
Familiarity with content management systems, especially WordPress, for editing and updating web pages.
Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects.
Familiarity with tools like Adobe After Effects.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
