JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a creative and skilled YouTube Thumbnail Designer to join our team for a long-term, part-time position with a consistent workflow. You will be creating eye-catching thumbnails for a YouTube channel that focuses on e-commerce content, strategies, and insights.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of what makes YouTube thumbnails visually appealing and clickable, with a portfolio to back it up. Your primary role will be to design compelling, high-converting thumbnails that align with our content style and drive viewer engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Design high-quality, high-converting YouTube thumbnails that capture attention and reflect e-commerce themes.
- Create thumbnails that are optimized for click-through rates and viewer engagement.
- Ensure all thumbnails maintain brand consistency and align with video content.
- Work with provided video titles and content briefs to create compelling thumbnail concepts.
- Deliver thumbnail designs in the required formats and specifications for YouTube.

Requirements:
- A strong portfolio showcasing your YouTube thumbnail design work is essential.
- Proven experience in the e-commerce niche is highly preferable.
- Please provide case studies of your previous work, demonstrating the impact of your thumbnail designs on click-through rates and engagement.
- Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or Canva.
- Understanding of YouTube thumbnail best practices and optimization techniques.
- A keen eye for detail, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Reliable, independent, and fluent in English.
