We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and trend-savvy Social Media Content Creator who specializes in designing high-quality, story-driven reels and branded content. This person will not only produce visually stunning and engaging content but also understand how to craft content calendars and campaigns that sell services, promote events, and grow memberships.

Content Creation: Produce trending, high-quality reels, carousels, and posts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Storytelling & Design: Create visually elevated content that reflects brand identity and communicates clear narratives that connect and convert.

Content Calendar: Develop monthly/weekly content calendars that align with business goals, services, events, and membership promotions.

Trend Research: Stay ahead of social media trends, sounds, and formats—adapting them to fit our brand voice and vision.

Sales-Driven Strategy: Craft content with clear calls-to-action that drive service bookings, event attendance, and membership enrollments.

Analytics & Optimization: Track engagement, analyze results, and suggest improvements for future content strategies.

Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to align messaging, campaigns, and launches.

Proven experience creating trending reels and high-quality social media content.

Strong design sense with ability to deliver high-end, professional visuals.

Proficiency in tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar editing software.

Understanding of content strategy, storytelling, and social selling.

Ability to plan and organize content calendars with both creativity and structure.

Strong grasp of current social media algorithms and best practices.

Highly detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in paid social ad creatives.

Photography or videography skills.
