JOB OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a highly skilled Virtual Assistant with expertise in GoHighLevel to assist us in designing and implementing branded, client-nurturing funnels, memberships, and visually appealing webpages. This role requires a balance of technical proficiency, creative design sense, and efficiency in execution.

Responsibilities

Funnel Building: Design and launch high-converting, branded funnels on GoHighLevel (opt-ins, sales pages, thank-you pages, upsell/downsell pages).

Membership Sites: Build and maintain polished membership areas that deliver value and elevate the client experience.

Web Page Design: Create beautiful, functional, and on-brand web pages that reflect each brand’s unique essence.

Customer Journey Mapping: Structure funnels and automations to nurture leads, build trust, and guide clients toward conversion.

Brand Integration: Ensure all designs and builds reflect the client’s brand voice, visuals, and essence.

Automation & Integrations: Set up workflows, triggers, and automations to streamline client experiences.

Efficiency & Project Management: Work quickly and accurately, meeting deadlines in a high-paced environment.

Proven expertise in GoHighLevel (funnels, memberships, automations, websites).

Strong design eye with the ability to create elevated, professional, and on-brand web experiences.

Experience mapping and building client journeys that convert.

Strong organizational and time management skills—you thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Detail-oriented and quality-driven with a “get it done” attitude.

Ability to collaborate, take feedback, and refine work efficiently.

Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Haves)
Familiarity with copywriting for sales pages & emails.
Experience integrating GoHighLevel with other tools (payment processors, CRMs, etc.).
Knowledge of branding, design systems, or marketing funnels beyond the technical build.
Graphic design
