We need a Sales Operations Manager to optimize our sales processes and support account management across Fashion World brands. This is a strategic role requiring strong organizational and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize CRM and sales automation tools.
Track and analyze sales performance data, creating reports for leadership.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing accounts.
Work closely with marketing/content teams to improve customer acquisition and retention.
Ensure smooth operations across Shopify, Woocommerce, and TikTok stores.
Act as a point of contact for key clients (Digital Account Management).
Qualifications:
Experience in sales operations, account management, or CRM management.
Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
Self-motivated and able to manage projects independently.
