We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to support our e-commerce brands. You’ll be the front line for customer communication across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities
Manage live chat and text support via Shopify Inbox, Woocommerce, and Zoho Voice.
Handle incoming calls and voi
Respond to and manage tickets in Zoho Desk.
Assist with basic order management in Zoho Books (order status, simple updates).
Provide support through social media store channels
Maintain professional, empathetic communication to build trust with customers.
Qualifications
Prior experience in e-commerce customer service.
Excellent English communication skills (written + spoken).
Ability to manage multiple support platforms at once.
Basic knowledge of Shopify/Woocommerce order management is a plus.
Organized, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Handles all customer-facing communication + order support
