The Role
The Outbound Sales Specialist is the engine of our new client acquisition strategy. You will be responsible for proactively generating, qualifying, and closing new B2B accounts. A successful candidate thrives in a target-driven environment, excels at cold outreach, and is proficient in managing a high-velocity sales pipeline using GoHighLevel.
This role requires a dedicated hunter mentality combined with a consultative approach focused on solving the marketing and automation pain points of small to medium-sized businesses.
Key Responsibilities
• Outbound Prospecting: Proactively identify, target, and initiate contact with potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach to generate qualified sales opportunities.
• Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to close. Maintain accurate records, notes, and activity logs within the GoHighLevel CRM to ensure a clean and predictable pipeline.
• Lead Qualification: Conduct thorough discovery calls to understand the prospect’s business challenges, tech stack, and growth goals.
• Sales Presentation: Deliver compelling virtual demonstrations or presentations, clearly articulating the value of the 2xMyBiz solution and the power of the GoHighLevel platform.
• Achieve Quotas: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for new client acquisition and revenue generation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and optimize outreach messaging.
Qualifications
• Experience: Proven track record (2+ years) in outbound B2B sales, specifically targeting small to medium-sized business owners.
• Tech Proficiency: High proficiency and hands-on experience using a CRM/pipeline management system. Direct experience with GoHighLevel is a massive advantage.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills; must be articulate, persuasive, and empathetic.
• Digital Fluency: Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, lead generation, and basic sales automation.
• Mindset: Highly motivated, resilient, self-starter with a strong desire to learn and win.
Compensation & Benefits

Work Hours:
