We’re growing quickly and looking for a Social Media Outreach Lead to help us bring Tribe to more people. This is an exciting opportunity to get hands-on experience in startup growth, social outreach, and community building.
Responsibilities
User Outreach: Actively reach out to potential new users and community builders across platforms like
Community Engagement: Join conversations in relevant online spaces, share Tribe authentically, and encourage signups.
Research & Targeting: Identify promising communities, influencers, and micro-niches where Tribe could thrive.
Messaging & Copy: Write clear, friendly, and on-brand outreach messages.
Growth Experiments: Assist in testing and tracking new growth ideas (e.g., referral campaigns, ambassador outreach, partnerships).
Metrics Tracking: Keep track of outreach efforts and results, reporting back regularly to the Growth team.
General Growth Support: Jump into other growth-related projects as needed — flexible “startup style” work.
Requirements
Strong written communication skills (casual, personable tone).
Comfortable navigating and engaging across multiple social platforms.
Self-starter with good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Hustle mindset — you like reaching out, experimenting, and learning fast.
Interest in startups, communities, or social apps is a plus.
Bonus: experience with social media management, growth hacking, or community building.
