What You’ll Do
* Develop & Test New Ad Concepts Daily – Turn mass desires into scroll-stopping creatives for Meta
* Test Angles & Messaging – Create variations that explore different emotional triggers, pain points, and big ideas.
* Apply Marketing Principles – Use frameworks like Breakthrough Advertising, PAS, AIDA, and E5 to guide your concepts.
* Collaborate on Creative Strategy – Work closely with leadership to align ads with our funnel strategy and brand positioning.
* Analyze Performance & Iterate – Use data to double down on what works and cut what doesn’t.
What We’re Looking For
* Ecommerce & Dropshipping Experience – You know what makes ads convert in this space.
* Strategic Marketing Mindset – Beyond design, you think in desires, markets, and psychology.
* Mastery of Modern Tools –
* Design Tools: Canva, Figma, Photoshop
* AI Tools: MidJourney, Sora, DALL·E, Runway ML
* Ad Tools: Meta Ads Library for competitor research
* Concept-to-Creative Skills – You can take a raw marketing insight and transform it into a polished ad.
* Creative Direction – You don’t need to design everything yourself, but you must know how the tools work and be able to brief and guide graphic designers effectively.
* Eye for Detail & Consistency – Ads must look premium, on-brand, and conversion-focused.
* Speed & Execution – You can generate and deliver new ad concepts daily without sacrificing quality.
* English Proficiency – Strong grasp of messaging and copy in English.
