The Mission
You edit short-form ads designed to stop the scroll and trigger action. Every cut has a purpose. Every second earns its place.
Platforms: TikTok, Instagram Reels,
What You Will Do
• Edit short-form paid ads (8–12 seconds)
• Build a strong hook in the first 2 seconds or the ad dies
• Control pacing, cuts, captions, and rhythm for retention
• Follow brand references exactly. No interpretation.
• Produce multiple variations per task for testing
What “Done” Looks Like
Each task requires:
• 3–6 ad variations
• Clean exports, correctly named
• Hook-driven structure:
– Pattern interrupt
– Immediate product clarity
– Emotional trigger
– Clear call to action
• Delivery within the agreed deadline. No drift.
Pay Structure
• Task-based pay
• Typical weekly range: $40–$50
• Volume and performance determine upside
Requirements
• Proven experience editing paid ads (portfolio required)
• Understands conversion, not just visuals
• Proficient in CapCut or Premiere Pro
• Can follow references with precision
• Fast, reliable, detail-focused
