JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Specialist to handle the maintenance and optimization of one account with approximately 8–10 active campaigns. This is a remote freelance position for candidates based in the Philippines.

Important: We are not looking for beginners. The ideal candidate must currently work at a SEM agency or have previous proven experience managing professional Google Ads accounts. Knowledge of SEO would be a strong plus, as we value candidates who understand both paid and organic strategies.

Responsibilities include daily review of budget, conversions, and performance; bid adjustments and keyword optimization; monitoring ads (RSA), extensions, and key metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions); updating and managing negative keyword lists; creating new ad variations and conducting weekly A/B tests; and preparing a monthly performance report with insights and recommendations.

Requirements: proven experience working at a SEM agency or managing professional Google Ads accounts, strong knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics, ability to analyze and act on performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS), experience in ad copywriting and optimization, proactive and results-driven. SEO knowledge is considered a strong advantage.

Schedule and workload: part-time, approximately 2 hours per day (10–12 hours per week). Remote work with flexible hours, but daily checks are required.

We offer a competitive starting rate of 7 USD per hour, with flexibility depending on proven experience. The position includes a flexible schedule focused on results and the opportunity for long-term collaboration.
