About Us:
We are a growing group of businesses in different service and retail industries. Our goal is to strengthen online presence and visibility by improving SEO, building high-quality links, and coordinating effective content strategies. We’re looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant (VA) with strong SEO knowledge who can help us execute link-building strategies, coordinate blogs, and optimize our Google Business Profiles.

Role Overview:
As our SEO Virtual Assistant, you will:

Research and implement link-building strategies to improve domain authority.

Coordinate with writers/designers to plan, schedule, and publish blog content that supports SEO goals.

Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles (Google My Business), including posts, updates, and linking strategies.

Track SEO performance and suggest improvements tailored for small, local target businesses.

Stay updated on SEO best practices and recommend new opportunities (citations, directories, guest posts, local backlinks, etc.).

Assist with other SEO-related tasks as needed to support growth.

Requirements:

Proven experience in SEO, link building, and content coordination.

Familiar with Google Business Profile management.

Knowledge of keyword research, local SEO, and on-page/off-page strategies.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and bring fresh ideas for improvement.

Nice to Have:

Experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Ubersuggest.

Knowledge of WordPress, Squarespace, or similar CMS platforms.

Background in supporting small/local businesses with SEO growth.
