JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a skilled automation specialist to implement and customize ready-made n8n workflows, adapt them to business needs, and extend their functionality with Python and other tools. This remote role requires partial US business hours availability.

Salary & Hours

Starting at $5 to 10/hour depending on years of experience, with increases based on experience and credentials.

About 10 hours per week initially, with potential to scale as project demands grow.

Expectation to continuously refine your automation skills and take on increasingly complex projects.

Core Responsibilities

Implement and customize ready-made n8n workflows for business and marketing processes.

Integrate n8n automations to dashboards with vibe coding such as Lovable

Set up GHL (GoHighLevel) integrations for lead gen and marketing systems.

Extend workflows with Python scripts for advanced customization.

Build personalized cold email and lead generation systems, leveraging Instantly

Configure error handling, logging, and monitoring in n8n.

Enhance data transformation processes (CSV aggregation, JSON, regex).

Deploy automations for email outreach, enrichment, and marketing funnels.

Maintain clear documentation of workflows and changes.

Key Requirements

Expert-level proficiency in n8n (workflow design, modules, webhooks, branching).

Experience customizing ready-made n8n templates and building reusable nodes.

Familiarity with Lovable for automation and AI workflows.

Hands-on GoHighLevel (GHL) integration experience.

Strong Python scripting skills for workflow extensions.

Solid understanding of API integrations (REST, OAuth, authentication methods).

Familiarity with marketing automation, email warmup, and outreach tools.

Comfort with data parsing, regex, and error handling.

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
