We’re growing our team with a new Sales Development Representative (Lead Generation) who will fuel our growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers. In this role, you’ll focus on building a strong pipeline of leads, initiating outreach, and setting appointments for intake and introductory calls.

What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience in lead generation, prospecting, or sales development.
• Comfort making outbound calls and sending high-volume, thoughtful
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience building outbound campaigns or lead-generation initiatives.
• Excellent organization, time management, and follow-through.
• Confidence using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
• A growth mindset, resilience, and genuine interest in professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and build targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn, databases, and CRM tools
• Identify and engage decision-makers through outbound calls and
• Personalize outreach and follow up consistently to drive responses
• Qualify leads through discovery conversations and assess fit and interest
• Book intake and introductory calls for the sales team
• Nurture leads with structured follow-ups and relevant resources
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach performance
• Continuously improve messaging and conversion rates
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align on targeting and campaigns
