### Job Description

We are seeking a talented full-time remote Graphic Designer to join our creative team, focusing exclusively on designing ad creatives for social media platforms ( ---------- Facebook, Instagram) and visually compelling landing pages. The ideal candidate will possess a strong eye for detail, a passion for creating high-converting ad designs, and the ability to work closely with the marketing and development teams to bring concepts to life.

This role requires a deep understanding of design principles, user experience, and best practices for social media and landing page design, with a primary focus on driving conversions.

### Ideal Candidate Must Have Strong Knowledge Of:

- Graphic design principles
- Ad creative best practices for Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- User experience (UX) design for landing pages
- Branding and visual consistency
- Typography, color theory, and layout design
- Conversion-focused design
- Marketing funnels and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
- Creative tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Figma or similar prototyping tools
- Responsive and mobile-friendly design

### Must Have Industry Knowledge Of:

- Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad formats and specifications
- A/B testing ad creatives and landing page designs
- Trends in social media marketing and landing page design
- Understanding of web design technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus
- Familiarity with landing page builders (e.g., Unbounce, Leadpages, or WordPress)

### Key Responsibilities:

- Design eye-catching and high-converting ad creatives for Meta platforms, ensuring alignment with client goals and target audiences
- Create engaging, user-friendly landing pages that drive conversions and support digital marketing efforts
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and audience demographics, tailoring designs accordingly
- Ensure consistency in branding across all creatives and landing pages
- Optimize design assets for performance, ensuring fast load times and mobile responsiveness
- A/B test different versions of ad creatives and landing page designs to determine what drives the highest engagement and conversions
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital design, advertising, and social media
- Work closely with developers to ensure landing pages are implemented as per design specs
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality
- Maintain organized files and documentation for all creative assets and design projects

### Requirements:

- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Must be flexible in schedule and able to work in the EST timezone
- Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates expertise in graphic design and digital media.
- Expert level skills in Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience in web design, UI/UX design, and wireframe tools.
- Strong understanding of branding, color theory, and typography in both digital and print media.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various teams.
- Ability to solve an array of challenges through visual design.
- Must be able to handle multiple projects and priorities in a professional and timely manner.
