Job Title: Real Estate Cold Calling Virtual Assistant (VA)
Rate: $5-$6 per hour (Based on experience)
Job Type: Remote | Part-Time Only

We are looking for an Experienced motivated and reliable Cold Calling Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is comfortable speaking with homeowners on the phone, and can follow scripts and procedures effectively. You will be responsible for cold calling prospects, gathering key information, and setting appointments for our acquisitions team.

Job Description:
We are looking for an EXPERIENCED motivated and reliable Cold Calling Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is comfortable speaking with homeowners on the phone, and can follow scripts and procedures effectively. You will be responsible for cold calling prospects, gathering key information, and setting appointments for our acquisitions team.

Responsibilities:

3-5 Years of Experience (required)
Make outbound cold calls to property owners using a dialer system ENZO DIALER)
Follow a pre-set script and handle objections confidently
Qualify leads by asking key questions and documenting responses
Set appointments or pass leads to the acquisitions manager
Maintain accurate records in the CRM
Provide daily updates and reports on call activity

Requirements:

Excellent spoken and written English
Previous experience in cold calling or sales (real estate experience preferred)
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
Good attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
Familiarity with CRMs, Google Workspace, and dialer systems is a plus

Schedule:
Flexible, but must be able to work during U.S. business hours (CST)
