Viral Travel Video Editor - Social Media Specialist

Position: Contract Video Editor & Social Media Manager

Project Overview:
Travel content creator seeking skilled video editor on retainer basis to create viral short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok. Must deliver content for 7-day posting schedule.

Contract Details:
Looking for dedicated contractor to handle all video editing and posting. Approximately 25 hours per week needed to meet deliverables. You control your schedule and workflow as long as content is delivered on time. Weekly progress meetings required. Long-term contract with consistent monthly retainer.

Deliverables (Per Month):
- 60+ edited travel videos (2-3 new videos daily)
- Content optimized for each platform
- Captions and hashtags for all posts
- Weekend content scheduled in advance
- Performance metrics report
- Content calendar management

Key Requirements:
- Portfolio showing viral or high-engagement videos
- Expert understanding of platform algorithms
- Mastery of hooks and retention techniques
- Experience with travel/lifestyle content
- Proficiency in video editing software
- Knowledge of trending sounds and effects
- Strong visual storytelling ability

Working Arrangement:
- Invoice monthly for agreed retainer
- Manage your own schedule to meet deadlines
- Deliver content per agreed calendar
- Weekly video meetings for review
- You control your workflow and process
- Time tracking available if needed for billing
