JOB OVERVIEW

Our Executive Assistant will need at least 3-5 years experience and will be working mainly on office tasks, making sure our business runs smoothly.
Social media skills, business Marketing, business strategy, podcast managing and excellent communication skills are required:
Your daily responsibilities would include:
1. Send a daily report through email, detailing completed
and ongoing tasks.
2. Provide excellent communication with members daily in app. Confirm emails with members that have registered and follow up with those who haven't completed forms.
3. Organize the emails that come in. Remove spam. Forward emails to respective departments.
4. Send emails to businesses for partnerships for events or App.
5. Send marketing and communication reach outs to businesses, sports teams, and potential sponsors.
6. Send emails to podcasts guests before episode is live and follow up emails thanking them for being on the podcast.
7. Event Marketing Experience
8. Post on social media daily on multiple platforms including Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, Twitter and Business App.
9. Social media content creation including graphic design
10. Provide business growth strategy for business regarding teams, members and social media
